Printed folders and binders: standard vs. individual

In general, you can choose between PVC and polypropylene for your binders and folders. We also print and customise all of the folders and binders we produce in small quantities, create custom designs and offer you in-depth advice free of charge on all of the options available to you.

PVC FOLDERS AND PVC BINDERS

PVC folders and loose-leaf binders are particularly thin thanks to PVC films. We custom design, process and finish these binders based on your requirements. Common formats include DIN A6 to DIN A3.

We offer you a wide range of film colours that can also be combined. Film colours can also range from opaque to transparent.

PVC films are printed using the screen printing process, which is ideally suited for logos and texts, whereas offset printing is also available for detailed designs. However, we recommend using this process for higher quantities to ensure a low unit price.

PVC binders and folders are especially popular for the filing mechanism or removable filing mechanism. Popular add-ons include welded pockets, velcro dots or rivets.

Folders and binders made of Polypropylene

While PVC films are usually thin and soft, PP folders and binders are rigid with a sturdy feel. These products are very durable and can be processed in many ways.

Polypropylene has excellent processing and finishing properties: Blind embossing, hot foil embossing, punching, UV coating and riveting. We can easily attach pockets in many shapes and sizes, various fasteners such as zip fasteners, velcro fasteners, adhesive dots and even suspension devices or clamps for pens or similar items.

Here as well, screen printing is the standard printing process. If you need detailed design prints, we can also offer you offset printing. However, this method is more expensive.
